Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Used Crucial recommended memory card upgrades (16 GB X2, DDR4-3200 SOIMM, 1.2V CL22, #CT2K16G4SFRA32A) for an HP Envy 17t-ce000 Laptop. Once the memory cards were replaced, the system would not boot, nor would it after returning the original memory cards. Tried the hard reset by holding the power button down 15-20 seconds, attaching the AC adapter and then plugging it in with no better results.

Is there a power reset or something else I could try?
