Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Upgraded RAM and SSD, and system worked fine until it didn’t

 

Now powers on briefly and then the white caps lock light blinks once, then the laptop shuts off.

 

RAM and SSD test fine when put in another system (all tests show normal with no errors). At wits end.

 

should mention that there was a BIOS update installed, but immediately after the system ran fine. Not sure what is going one.
