HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to use my laptop today to find that it won’t turn on. The screen was on early when I tried and it said the battery was low on power and that it needed to be plugged in. However, it was on the charger the whole time. We did have storms yesterday that caused some power flickers, but I had the computer plugged into a surge protector. Now I can’t get anything: screen wont work, charger indicator light wont work. The battery is integrated and so I can’t remove it. I bought another AC adapter to try and that didn’t help either. Is there anything I’m not doing or do I need to get this serviced?
