Hi Team

My HP wont turn on today. It had been work this morning until I run out of battery. After plug in power and try to open it, but it won't turn on. However in the power cord where power input light is on.

 

I try to press start button for 15 second nothing happen. 

I bought this laptop in Dec17 which is about 1 years and 9 mths, never come across with this problem with other laptop before.

 

please help

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on. 

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

Note: Disconnect all the connected devices from the computer including power cord and try to turn it back on after few hours sometimes this fix the issue.
