Envy x360 convertible 15-cn1xxx

Hello great members of the HP community.

My HP Envy goes off after a dozen of seconds when trying to install new Windows from USB. The UEFI tests show everything passes tests. BIOS cannot see the battery. Unfortunately, the laptop is 1 month after the 12 months warranty.
I assume the mother board can be damaged. 
Anyone experienced such situation and may provide any useful advice, please?

I understand that the HP Envy goes off when booting.

 

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
