Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy j-048tx laptop, getting stuck at the HP logo when it startup normally and same thing happen when trying to do automatic recovery.

Last time I saw it working was when I entered the wrong windows password a lot of times and keeping it in the shelf for months.
