It takes two turn ons and two sign ins for my laptop to stay on.
Initially I press the power button & the button lights up. The Windows background image is displayed. Things start booting up, then the camera recognizes me and does the sign in with the welcome message. Couple seconds later everything on the screen disappears and then after maybe 30 seconds everything shuts down and the light on the power button goes out. Sometimes, I see a quick flash on the dark screen that says 'lock' before the power button light goes out.
Second attempt-I press the power button & it lights up. The Windows background image is displayed . Things start booting up, then the camera recognizes me and does the sign in with the welcome message. Everything completes booting up and my laptop continues to operate normally.
This has been going on for maybe a week. It also occurs if I sign in using password instead of the camera. Power adapter is plugged in and charging. Windows 10. Any ideas what's up?
Thanks for your time. Earlgun
