Hi,

 

I have an HP Envy 13t laptop that I've been using for the past 3 years. I bought it new directly from HP. Yesterday, I was doing work on my laptop, but stepped away to attend to a family issue. I came back to my laptop about 20 minutes later. By then, the screen had gone black since it had gone into sleep mode. I tried moving the touchpad to activate it again but it didn't work. So, I tried the power button, but it didn't turn on either. It makes no noise at all. I know it was charged, so that can't be it. And I've already tried charging it for a little bit, but all it does is make the laptop a little warm. It does not turn on. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice is welcomed. I need my laptop urgently for work purposes.
