HP Envy not booting up

HP Recommended
HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I've gone to switch on my Envy as normal this evening and was met with a request from Windows to re-enter my password. This was following the normal sign in via facial recognition and I figured must have been because of a Windows update. I had forgotten my actual Windows password and so switched the laptop off whilst I reset the password on my phone. On switching the laptop back on absolutely nothing is happening bar the light on the on/off button. The battery was ok when I switched it on initially. Literally all I can now do is switch it on the off/on light, there's no noise or anything. Can anyone help? I've no idea what has happened and  have left it on to try and drain the battery. Thanks!
