Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0004nf
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When my laptop is off and charging, it is impossible for me to turn it back on.

I have to unplug it and press to on/off button several times for several seconds.

 

When I try to turn it on without charging it in the mean time, it turns on with no problem.

 

I guess this could be static building up du to the metal case, but it's not very good.

 

Is there any way to fix this issue ?
