HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My neighbor came to me for assistance. She told me she forcefully powercycled her laptop and when it powered back on she had a new login prompt. When I took a look at it, it appears to be the BIOS Admin or Power on prompt. After entering bad passwords a few times, it looks like I get some error/halt code saying "System Disabled" and a code of "i 69154052".

I tried both codes of "54749413" and "76832094" from bios-pw.org with no luck.

Any have any other codes or next steps? Would this be an official support call to HP?

Thanks.
