can't do anything without screen 

have tried mostly all resources from the internet

This code means that the BIOS is not detecting the processor (CPU) on the motherboard -- meaning the processor has died or the motherboard has died -- and neither of these is replaceable.  So basically, it's a dead laptop.

 

Is it still within the initial HP Warranty period?

Checked the warranty it was bought 2 years ago so that is out of the question.

I actually got it to boot but the bios is not working

Maybe we're disagreeing over terms, but if the BIOS did not work, the laptop simply would not work.

 

So, please explain what you mean by the BIOS not working.
