HP Recommended

Laptop worked then didn’t. It’s 5 mths old. Occasional use. Power unit is ok it just won’t power up - no lights completely dead. Also has internal battery. Sounds like need prof help.

With a laptop this new, you need to confirm the warranty is still in place:

yeah I know it says Desktops, but the check site should work the same for laptops.
