Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0503na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop won't turn on or charge, but it ran out of warranty almost 2 years ago. Does HP do out of warranty repairs? I would be willing to pay the full price of the parts of course but the website is a nightmare and I can't work out how to talk to anybody about my problem now that the warranty has run out.
