Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought the HP Envy laptop and within the first two months the keyboard would occasionally go dead and only the mouse pad would work . The only way to correct it was to restart the computer. HP has had no answers and my lemon's warranty ran out with no answers. The other problem I have had is that if I choose shutdown from the Start menu the computer seems to shut down but when I return in the morning, I find the fan running at full speed until I hold the power button down until it stops.
