15-cx0040nt

Hello everyone. I have a HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0040nt gaming laptop and I have a bios problem. I turned on my laptop and the caps lock started blinking. Bios error message. I did the Bios Recovery Procedure(winkey+ b or v) and I could see the screen. I mean I could turn on the laptop, and Windows started. After that, i updated the Bios on Windows with the latest version. After I finished my usage i turned off the laptop properly. Hours passed and i tried to turn on the laptop again but bios error again!! The caps lock is blinking, no screen again!! Same issue but i updated the Bios!... Anyway, I doubted that maybe i couldn't update the bios properly. I started all processes again and now i am sure that i updated the Bios properly. But when i turn off the laptop Bios error comes back. I am an IT so i know how things are going on computers. So, what's the problem? Bios chip broken? Or any suggestion i can do? By the way, my laptop battery is fine, other devices work fine on my laptop.
