Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I open my pc I get this error message  D:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. I tried a different approach but I can't fix it. I opened it in Notepad and here is the issue:

 

Boot critical file d:\efi\microsoft\boot\cipolicies\active\{cdd5cb55-db68-4d71-aa38-3df2b6473a52}.cip is corrupt.

 

Also, there is a battery alert

 

HP Battery Alert
The system has detected the storage capacity of the battery stated below to be very low. For optimal performance, this battery
may need to be replaced.
Primary (internal) Battery (601)
ENTER - Continue Startup

Does the battery alert concern my booting issue?
