Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mange tak for reparation af min computer, den virker tilsyneladende perfekt nu.

Vil godt høre om der har været de samme problemer med andre af samme model  ( HP Laptop - 15-dw2427no) Første gang den gik helt i sort var da jeg vovede at opdatere Bios fra HP` indbyggede driver support program, den forlangte genstart og da var den bare helt død og kunne ingen ting. Kan det være en fejl i HPs bios driver. Det samme skete åbenbart da den var til reparation hos det firma hvor jeg købte den (Power.dk) De meddelte mig at de også havde opdateret bios inden de sendte den tilbage til mig. Og da jeg skulle starte den første gang efter jeg fik den tilbage var der heller ikke liv i den.
