Product: Pavilion 14-BS038NA

Hi!

 

I have a HP Pavilion 14-BS038NA that has been running fine with no problems. I put it to sleep mode yesterday morning and now it will not turn on. Even when the charger cable is attached it does not show the laptop is charging. I have tried both a replacement cable and resetting by removing the battery and holding the power button but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? 😞

At this point I would request you to contact  HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
