Product: Pavilion 15-cc023cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Product: HP Pavilion 15-cc023cl. Product Number: 1KU20UA. Received message :"Boot Device Not Found." Ran Hard Drive Quick test and received for the hard drive short DST check : FAILED. Failure ID: UBU31S-8M WAMK-MFPUQJ-60WM03.
Teh Questions: 1 Is it the hard drive that I need to replace?
2. If it is then after I replace it, how can I get the Original Boot Disk and Windows operating System from HP?
Thanks

Unfortunately, the tool we use to decode error codes says the one you provided is invalid. Please check it an enter it again so we can confirm it is a drive issue.
