Hello everyone,

I have an HP laptop that has been working just fine for about 5 years with no problems. Randomly it shut down when I was working on it without any warning and the result was my keyboard blinking non stop and the computer is unresponsive. It turns on on occasion but I am only able to use it for about a half hour before it crashes again and I get the same continuous blinking sequence of the keyboard. The image attached I managed to capture before it rebooted on me. I haven’t downloaded any malicious programs that I am aware of. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated
