Hey, so my issue is that this old laptop wont boot up and is in a kind of "boot loop" where when it's plugged and i turn it on, the f12 key light indicator as well as the HDD indicator lights up orange. After a few seconds it turns off and repeats this endlessly. I've tried a few things like:

Draining Risidual Memory,

Starting without charger in,

Holding Win + B + Power and also Esc + Power and a lot of other combos,

Repeatedly pressing F2, F10, and F11 (these don't work because the screen never turns on)

Cleaning basically everything.

Is there any other thing I can try besides going to a shop and getting hardware repaired? That's kind of the conclusion I'm at currently.
