HP Recommended

The HP Notebook - 14-dk0028wm bios upgrade F.71 Rev.A is broken. When attempting to upgrade from  F.70 Rev.A via usb recovery all I receive is a black screen. When attempting to upgrade from within a Windows install it fails too. I don't know where to report this but here. What a way to start 2024, nothing but broken software. I hope you may resolve this easily.
