HP Notebook 450 G3 Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code 2.2

The main area (DXE) of BIOS has become corrupted, and there is no recovery binary image available. (Also happens when updating the BIOS.) I found that I should perform BIOS recovery with external media (USB or CD-ROM). Go to HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS for additional information. But the additional information doesn't apply to my notebook.

There's no issue with the harddrive, I created an USB media drive for recovery. Pressing Windows-B (or Windows-V)and power-on doesn't boot anything.
