Product: HP Stream - 11-y012nr

 My HP Notebook is having issues with an error, as seen in the subject. It says: " Boot Device  Not Found " and the error is " Hard Disk (3F0). " I have done many things to try and fix this, which none have worked. The Notebook was gifted to me in Christmas in 2020. It is 2021 now. If anyone has a way to fix this without payment (since my mom won't be able to afford it), I would be extremely thankful.
