Hi,
My HP laptop Model 14 ck0061st with windows 10 will only show a black screen with no cursor after starting up. The HP logo shows up but I cannot enter safe mode to try to fix this problem. It is not an issue with graphics since I have plugged the laptop to another monitor.
In a couple of instances I was able to make it to the advanced troubleshooting screen to try to do a system restore or undo the latest update but in both cases I got a popup saying the laptop was unable to make these changes.
Any tips on what to do?
EDIT: I managed to get to the Systems Test, which FAILED to perform,
