I was installing the graphics card driver when the system freezes, so I turn off had the laptop and when I was about to turn on laptop, it didn't boot (no display, no fans)

 

It was just this, VIDEO

 

I already tried all troubleshooting steps in HP Support sites but nothing works.

This looks like a possible hardware failure. However, I would suggest you try these steps here: 

 

Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the notebook

Before power resetting your computer, do the following:

  1. Disconnect or remove all peripheral devices. Start up the laptop and test the computer by itself, and then reconnect one peripheral device at a time.

  2. Turn over the computer and look for a battery compartment door.

If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue. I would recommend you contact our HP support team for setting up the service.
