Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

Initially, I was met with a blue screen and the error "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE". I tried to reinstall windows within the troubleshooter, but it got stuck at 1% for several hours. I stopped the process by restarting the laptop. Now, I cannot access windows (I think it was removed) and I am met with an error that says "Boot Device Not Found... Please install an operating system on your hard disk... Hard Disk - (3F0). I've ran system diagnostics and it says the hard drive passed. I have also tried to reinstall both windows 10 and windows 11 from a USB installer that I created on a different computer, but it seems like it cannot detect the flash drive. I went into the bios setup options and turned off secure boot (as recommend by other posts on here) and changed the UEFI boot order to make USB flash Drive/USB Hard Disk the first option. Also, I cleared all secure boot keys. When this did not work, I reset the bios and now I'm back where I started (Boot Device Not Found... Please install an operating system on your hard disk... Hard Disk - (3F0).) I'm not sure how to install windows onto the laptop if it is unable to detect the USB installer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
