Hi @Luis_Pcnet,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The issue you're describing with your HP Omen 15, where the charging light flashes three times and the laptop does not turn on, typically indicates a hardware issue, often related to the battery or motherboard. Here's what you can try.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the power adapter.
- Press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power adapter and try turning the laptop on again.
Check the Power Adapter and Battery:
- Ensure the charger is functioning by testing it with another device (if compatible).
- If the laptop powers on without the battery, your battery might be faulty.
Reseat the RAM:
- Power off the laptop and unplug all connections.
- Open the back panel and reseat the RAM (remove and reinsert it carefully).
Inspect for Hardware Issues:
- The 3-blink code typically points to hardware errors. If the previous steps don't work, there may be a problem with the motherboard, battery, or another internal component.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
