HP Recommended
Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Omen 15 won't continue to turn on. It would boot up to the omen logo only then shuts down. This only happens when it's unplugged. Battery is fully charged and fans also run when this happens. When it's plugged in, everything is ok. I can also unplug it already when it has already booted up to windows.
