HP Omen 16-B0005DX won't turn on. Light blinking on power button.

Recently, I am unable to power on my HP Omen 16 laptop. When I push the power button, the white light on it just continously blinks on and off (5 seconds on,  3 seconds off). I've tried doing a hard reset, removing battery and trying to turn it on using just the power adapter, removing ram, removing hard drive. Still no luck. No clue what else to try. I really hope i don't need to replace the motherboard as the laptop is out of warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
