Hello. I can't get support for my old laptop HP PAVILION DV7 -2123eo. Need a file to restore the BIOS. Laptop flashes caps lock 2 times.

Welcome to HP Community

 

I have gone through your Post and unfortunately this model is older and there are no BIOS or drivers available for this Notebook

 

You might have to take it to a local computer store for repair
