Hello, when I opened my laptop last night there was a bios update on the screen and I updated it, after a while it said it will restart but its still on black screen with the HP logo in it. Its been 10 hrs since then. It still haven't restarted until now. What should I do?

@Aireen

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer stuck after a BIOS update.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you press and hold the power button until the computer goes off and then wait for a minute and restart the computer and check.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
