Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

My EliteBook laptop runs on Windows 11. Since a few days, I get an error message when it starts: SMART Hard Disk Error.

I did a quick and an extensive test of the drive but they both end on the same black screen, highlighting that the SMART check failed (Failure ID: RGF171-000C1P-MFGGQK-60FT03) .

How could I fix it?

You will probably have to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.
