Windows won't boot-up. Can't access bios. Can only load OS from usb live. The hard drive not showing. Try to replace with a new hard drive but still have the same problem can only load from USB live but won't see any hard drive to install from usb live. Any suggestion to fix this?

The term "USB Live" is most commonly associated with Linux distros, as with Windows USB, it does not actually load Windows 10 but a simplified version.  So, what is it you are actually loading?

And, what are you doing to confirm the PC does not see the new hard drive?

The problem is that bios doesn't recognize/see the hard drive and laptop won't boot-up. I know verified that the hard drive is good. I even removed the hard drive and connect it with an adapter to a USB port and windows will boot-up but nut when it is install on motherboard. Could this be a problem with the bios?

You didn't really answer my question.  There are two different issues here: (1) seeing the hard drive, (2) booting from the hard drive.  I need to know how you have confirmed (1).
