Hello Colleagues,
After "Power" button pressing I receive 3 long signals of the bios. Black screen and "Caps lock" "shows" 3 long and 2 short lights. Then all repeats. 3 signals and "caps lock" lights.
Could you please help me to understand what the problem is?
Thank you

Hi
Possibly
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107
Hardware | 3.2 | The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization. | Indicates potential memory failure.
|
3 | Memory read or write failure |
If in doubt please ask.

That decodes to a hardware issue and indicates potential memory failure.
1) reseat the memory module(s)
If that does not correct the issue and there are two modules installed, test one at a time in the most inward slot.
Replace the failed memory module.
