Hello Colleagues,

After "Power" button pressing I receive 3 long signals of the bios. Black screen and "Caps lock" "shows" 3 long and 2 short lights. Then all repeats. 3 signals and "caps lock" lights.

Could you please help me to understand what the problem is?

Thank you

Hardware
3.2
The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from memory initialization.
Indicates potential memory failure.
  1. Reseat memory.
  2. Correct memory configuration (correct DIMM placement and size/type matching).
  3. Test with known good memory.
  4. Replace affected component.

3
Memory read or write failure

If in doubt please ask.

That decodes to a hardware issue and indicates potential memory failure.

1) reseat the memory module(s)

If that does not correct the issue and there are two modules installed, test one at a time in the most inward slot.

Replace the failed memory module.
