Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pavilion - 15-cs0073cl Laptop will not boot. Amber light shows with Power AC Adapter is plugged in. Fans do not turn on. I have tested RAM Memory - Hard Drive - Battey - Power AC Adapter. No activity when Power Button is pressed. No Fans - No Hard Drive activity - Black Screen etc. Any help with diagnostic is appreciated.
