Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello i have HP Pavilion - 15-cs3071nr   and its doesn't  power on at all and i sent it to the maintenance shop  they said to me
its IO (KBC ) problem its need a new software to be installed on it but they cant find it on the internet

i searched on it but i cant find it at all
how can i got it plz help
