Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r019
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r019. I believe after an update the screen went black and 7 WHITE LED blinks, with no beep. When the power is connected I hear the HDD and processor fan spinning.  Right after that 7 white led blink.

I removed the RAM and I could hear the beep from the motherboard.

 

What could be the issue? Any idea?
