Product: HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D127AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my computer, as usual, and the screen went black. I tried to turn it on and it will not turn back on at all. No lights, no sounds. I tried the "holding the power button for 15 seconds" thing, and that didn't work. I tried a different charger and that didn't work. The light next to the charger does not come on. I've been using this computer without any issues for 1 year and 1 month and now that the warranty is over, this happens.
