I was casually using my laptop and everything worked fine. Moments later it went off and smelt burnt. There are no service lights; ac power off, power light off. I smelled burning coming from the bottom. I unplugged the notebook and went to HP's site for assistance - I found out that my warrenty expired last year. I put it in tablet mode one time and my screen opened up a little bit on the bottom right. I was pleased with the computer it was working all fine until this happened. It has not even been 2 years and I have to buy a new one which is frustrating.
