Product: Pavilion 15 CW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, pretty simple, it won't boot with the battery installed, I take it out and it boots perfectly, but if I put the battery in, it won't boot again, so I can't run any battery diagnostics. Hesitant to order a new battery as I'm not sure at this point if it's the battery or the charge controller, or the power delivery. Maybe something to note is that all 3 cells seem to have expanded a little too.IMG_20210823_125215.jpg Any help would be amazing since this is pretty urgent.

HP Recommended

It may be that the battery is short-circuited and a new battery needs to be replaced.
