HP Pavilion x360 convertible no boot up black screen after HP virtual asst prompts to upgrade bios

Hi everyone, can anyone please help, my notebook don't boot up after i click on upgrade bios through HP assistance. The power indicator just lights up and capslock button blinks. I have already tried the ff:

1. Remove AC power

2. turn off the unit

3. removed the batter

4. press power button for 15-20secs to drain the power residue on its capacitors

5. insert back the battery

6. plug AC power and press on the power button

*Still same state of the unit, not booting up and capslock just blinks

1. Press on the windows start button + B or V key 

2. press on the power button (2-3 secs) while holding the step1

3. Release power button while holding the process on step1

*No beep heard and no change at notebook state.

Can anyone please help. This is due to the upgrade from virtual assistant suggestion and not just a sudden lose of activity due to parts defect.
