Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Worked last time plugged in.  No boot noise or fan noise.  Plugged in and charged.  No external battery to remove.  Tried unplugging and holding power button.  No blinking lights or beeps.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'm afraid this could be a possible hardware failure.

 

when you plug in the AC adapter, do you see the charging indicator light?

 

Perform steps 1 and 2 from this document.
