Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

My son forgot his password on his notebook. I reset it to factory default, but now it keeps asking for an administrator password. I tried several things, but now it says system disabled. I have tried all function keyys and esc key to try to renter bios, to no avail. Please help!

Turn on or restart the HP laptop and press "F11" until the computer boots to Recovery Manager.

Select "System Recovery" from the "I Need Help Immediately" section on the left side.

Click "Back Up Your Files " and select "Next."
