Since Wndows was updated, The PC has been having issues. I currently have a Black screen on Auto fixing loop.

Pressed F2 and found out the battery was an issue?  Not sure how? Passed all other test. Replaced the battery, now All test passed- but the loop remains. I can not access anything.

I need this PC for school, have been using the Computers at the local library. Very frustrating.

Not 100% sure I backed up important Files:(

Is factory reset the only option? Any help would be might helpful!

@Lostintheloop -- I would not initially try a "factory reset".

Instead, I would physically remove the 2019-vintage disk-drive, purchase a new SSD, install it, and reinstall Windows onto it. If it successfully installed, your computer hardware is fine, and you now have a much-faster disk-drive.

With some effort, you can temporarily connect the original disk-drive as a "secondary" disk-drive, and copy your personal files onto the SSD.
