Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've just had my grandad bring his laptop to me after a scam phone call from someone claiming to be Microsoft. It appears the evil scammer has managed to put a BIOS password on his laptop and we cannot get in. I've tried as many things as I can but it just tells me System Disable after a few attempts and shows a number 85328402. I'm really not sure what to do, is there anyway I can get in and get the laptop working for him?
