Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tengo un HP Pavillion Touch 11, tengo un problema con la computadora, al encender solo el led wifi y el led de pestaña parpadea, al intentar hacer la restauración de recuperación del BIOS con las teclas WIN y B se enciende la pantalla pero solo aparece un cursor en la parte superior izquierda, ¿hay alguna otra solución?

I have an HP Pavillion Touch 11, I have a problem with the computer, when turning on only the wifi led and the tab led flashes, when trying to do the BIOS recovery restore with the WIN and B keys turns on the screen but only a cursor appears in the upper left, is there any other solution?
