Product: Pavillion x360
i just bought this laptop/tablet at Best Buy a few weeks ago. This morning when I turned it on, I was able to type in my password, but when I pressed enter, the screen would go black. The cursor was the only thing on the screen. I've shut down and restarted the computer numerous times. I've tried multiple key combinations that I've learned from this forum, but no menus are coming up.
