HP Pavillion x360 m3 DOES NOT TURN ON---caps lock blinking

HP PAVILLION X360 M3

Hello,

I have an HP Pavillion x360 m3 convertible and it no longer turns on (screen is blank).  I've tried a number of different resets from what I've read but nothing is working.  I bought this computer 2 monts ago.  Right before it went blank it looked like it did some sort of update but i was unable to see what it was before it started.  The caps lock blinks 3 times slowly and then fast 5 times.

Is that a factory reset i should try?

Helpppp

Thanks!

Joe.

Hello joebianc86,

If caps lock is blinking thrice , The memory module has gone bad !!

HP Pavillion x360 m3 DOES NOT TURN ON---caps lock blinking

Thank you for the reply but unfortunately I am unable to do the test.  When I turn the computher on and press F2 as indicated it does not do anything---unless i was reading the steps incorrectly...

Any other ideas?  Not really sure what the memory module is but it doesn't sound good??
